How can I browse itunes store podcasts and add those to a non-itunes player?
So I have dabbled in other players before, such as media monkey, for managing podcasts. Big problem, I have to 1) hunt down the RSS feed, 2) pray that abides by the right protocol/format for Media Monkey to accept it, 3) Hope that it is even available outside of itunes.
So the heart of the problem is this. I'm a windows user. I hate the I tunes application on windows. All producers put their podcasts onto itunes, it is the goto spot for that both getting and browsing podcasts. Is there a good windows, non itunes solution for this? One that doesn't involve too much time and hoping/praying that the rss podcast feed actually works.
Also, how does itunes podcast store work really? Do they use their own protocol or do they have publicly facing podcast RSS feeds which I could add, as that would be ideal really.
